A recent AC issue was addressed after inspection revealed low refrigerant levels causing poor cooling performance. We checked the system for leaks, repaired the affected connection, and recharged the unit to the manufacturer's specifications. We also inspected the condenser coils and electrical components to ensure proper operation. After completing the repair, we tested the system through a full cooling cycle and confirmed improved performance. We reviewed the completed work and recommended maintenance with the customer before concluding the visit.
Was very customer friendly and let me knew exactly what he was doing and that he needed to get the filter for my furnace and when he came back he would do the full maintenance of it and replace the filters.
